Click the circle next to Allow, Block or Only warn you to select the action to take for the program. This option only appears if you selected Simple. Click the OK button to finalize the exception. Click the OK button again to close the firewall component.
If you selected Advanced, click the Add button and enter the IP address range, port and related Internet connectivity information about the program you want to allow or block. You must know which port and which protocol address the program is using in order to use this advanced setting. This information is found in the program s documentation. Click the OK button to accept the Advanced settings, and then click the OK button again to finalize the exception. Click the OK button again to close the firewall component.
